ACCENTRO Acquires Privatisation Properties in a Central Location in Berlin

Berlin, 03 May 2018 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG, (WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3), Berlin, has closed a purchase agreement for the acquisition of a housing complex in a prime location in Berlin. The purchase price is €56 million. The rental units will be added to the privatisation portfolio.
