Berlin, 15 June 2018 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG, (WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3), Berlin, leading in residential privatisation in Germany, invests in a residential portfolio with 567 units through a joint venture. The 26 buildings with a total area of approximately 44,000 square metres are located in central Berlin. ACCENTRO acts as the exclusive sales partner for the entire portfolio.

Privatisation properties shows strong increase

With the closing of this acquisition ACCENTRO has a privatisation portfolio of approximately 3,700 apartments. Thereof, approximately 3,000 units are held in the inventory property portfolio.
