Berlin, 18 March 2020 – Jacopo Mingazzini will be leaving the company at his own request in order to take on new challenges. He served as the company’s sole member of the management board since 2012. In 1999, he founded ACCENTRO GmbH, today a fully-owned subsidiary. Jacopo Mingazzini will remain associated with the company as adviser. Moreover, he will join the supervisory board after a cooling-off period of two years.

“While we seriously regret Jacopo Mingazzini’s decision to retire from the company, we naturally respect his desire for a change. Under his leadership, the company performed superbly, and the collaboration with the supervisory board was very constructive and agreeable at all times,” said Axel Harloff, chairman of the company’s supervisory board, in response to the decision taken by Mingazzini.

His place as sole member of the management board will be taken by Lars Schriewer. Schriewer’s previous career stations include SSN Group AG, VIVACON AG and WESTGRUND AG. “We are certain to have founded the perfect candidate for taking the helm of ACCENTRO Real Estate AG in Lars Schriewer. Our accelerated expansion trajectory will benefit from his experience and his entrepreneurial skill set,” said Axel Harloff.
