Berlin, 13 February 2017 – ACCENTRO just kicked off the marketing drive for its “360°” housing development comprising 172 flats. The two apartment buildings at Koppenstrasse 81-86 and Lange Strasse 74-79 add up to a total of 145 existing flats. In addition, another 27 modern attic apartments are being created by topping up the buildings.

“In the case of the ‘360°’ project, we are modernising existing flats and adding balconies and lifts to create an attractive residential quarter in a central location. The project highlight is that we topped up these previously five-storey buildings to add aspirational attic floors,” said Jacopo Mingazzini, the CEO of ACCENTRO.

About two thirds of the new attic apartments to be created will be structured as split-level apartments; these will have between two and five bedrooms, and range from 74 to 146 square metres in size. The existing flats have two to 3.5 bedrooms and vary between 55 to 89 square metres. Among the new amenities for the residents will be the installation of lift, which will serve the two new floors along with the lower storeys.

The “360°” project is located in the heart of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, one of Berlin’s most popular and diverse boroughs. Although the Ostbahnhof railway station is only a five-minute walk from the “360°” project, the neighbourhood has a strikingly quiet ambience and excellent infrastructure. Starting today, prospective owner-occupiers and buy-to-let investors will have the chance to come to the “360°” project and see for themselves.
