Berlin, 05 October 2017 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG (German securities code number WKN: A0KFKB, ISIN DE000A0KFKB3) recently bought and sold nearly 79 million euros worth of residential real estate. Transactions included a residential real estate portfolio of altogether eight properties, which was sold to a family office for 43.78 million euros. The portfolio consists of 259 residential units that are located in south-east Berlin. Acquisitions added up to 35.31 million euros and included 240 residential units in Berlin’s boroughs of Mitte and Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg as well as in Hanover.
“We have superior access to our home market Berlin, and are in a position to buy portfolios on a large scale despite the short supply. At the same time, we take advantage of the current market situation to transact selected sales,” elaborated Jacopo Mingazzini, CEO of ACCENTRO Real Estate AG. “Berlin is, and will remain, our key market.
On top of that, we seize opportunities outside Berlin the way we just did in Lower Saxony’s state capital of Hanover,” said Mingazzini.
